Guide
The entrance is located on a building on the farthest east side of the map. Head inside, jump up on the platform, and continue moving through the abandoned factory till you reach Shaft 13. This location is filled with Dregs, Vandals, and Marauders that will monitor your movement from the buildings. Use a nearby cover to shield yourself from damage and look for the exploding barrels. After some time, Calzar, Scarred will engage you from the upper platform. Hit him with a few grenades, or activate a Super to quickly demolish him. Climb up and you will find the chest in the top left corner.
